Making recycling look good

As things slowly come together in our new space (and yes, I'm working on photos soon), it has become grossly apparent to me, that we do not have a good set up for our recycling. Well, we have no set up at all, really. We sort of stack bottles and paper in a corner of our kitchen and then haphazardly carry them out to the street when the time comes. A solution for this problem does not need to be expensive, but I do need to be creative. I've collected a few images to help get my creative juices flowing.

There's no reason to hide the fact that you recycle, so why not stylishly display it? This space is too cute from the metal letters to the photographs of what's supposed to go where. Unfortunately we don't have the space for a set up like this.

Here are some space saving options that are simply fun and well organized. Pegboards are cheap and easy enough to paint.

This keeps the recycling from view which is nice if you don't want people to see how many beer bottles you have. Price is too high for our budget (come on sale!)

I'm leaning towards these b/c they have handles, which would make carrying the recycling to the street a lot easier, and the price is in my budget. I think I'm going to get all three.
