How has your week been? Mine has been incredibly busy and I find myself at night crawling into bed and passing out from exhaustion. Needless to say, I'm very much looking forward to a three day weekend. B's parents are coming into town for a visit so the next couple of days should be filled with lots of good conversation and wine drinking on the porch. What are you up to this weekend? Any fun plans? I hope your weekend is awesome!
This quote has been making me smile all week. Roald Dahl was my favorite author growing up. If you know the original source, please let me know.

Roald has some of my favorite quotes. Love this print:) Have a much deserved restful weekend!
That really is such a sweet quote, and pretty colors. :) I'm glad you have a relaxing weekend ahead of you with B's parents and a front porch. Front porches are one of the things I miss most about the south.
What a beautiful, happy quote! Love the artwork too. Your weekend with B's parents sounds wonderful. I recently spent a few days relaxing with family in Athens, and being in the town made me think of you.
P.S. Thanks so much for your kind words about our house!
That quote reminds me of the one that's often attributed to Audrey Hepburn. You know it? “For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone”
Enjoy your well-deserved rest from the madness, Christina!
