6 things + Happy Weekend

Happy, happy Friday friends! How was your week? Mine was incredibly busy. I'm so glad to be back at work but man am I struggling to keep up with it all. Waking up at 5:30am every morning really puts a damper on the energy, you know? I have a lot to be grateful for, though, so when the obnoxious ringing of the alarm clock goes off before the sun rises, I remind myself, "get up you lazy ass and be grateful."
I made a big move this week and made an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist (in case you're wondering what I'm yammering on about, you can find our story here). It was a scary, but necessary move and I'm actually really looking forward to the appointment. In fact, I can't remember ever being so excited about seeing a doctor (I also can't believe I just admitted that). I guess that's the thing about hope. Funny how a doctor has never really made me feel hopeful until now. I suppose that's something else I should be grateful for.
Well, now that you know what's going on with me, what's happening with you? Oh, and have a great weekend!

Aw, congrats on making the appointment! I know that was a big step. I'm glad you've found someone you're excited to meet with and I hope they nurture that sense of hope you're feeling. I'm rooting for you guys! In other news, I love those notebooks and shall make them mine. I hope you have a great weekend, C!
