The mix of old and new, modern and classic, streamlined and elegant is exactly what I'd like to eventually like to achieve in my own home. These spaces, photographed by Dylan Thomas (as seen on Desire to Inspire) walk that precarious line and do so quite nicely.

Wow, that last room is a girly girl's paradise. I can just imagine soaking in a bubble bath there. Sigh.

wow wow. i love them all - i've really been in this sort of mood recently! except for that pink chair - makes my eye twitch! ha ha! and yes, that huge mirror is to die for. I don't think it would fit in my tiny house though!
