A while ago, B cooked up homemade stove top mac-n-cheese that was absolutely divine. I told someone I would post the recipe, but then I forgot (whoops!). If you're in need of some comfort food, I highly recommend this as it isn't dry and is comparable to Velveeta Mac-N-Cheese, but homemade and sooooo much better! We used evaporated goats milk, instead of regular milk. I can't tell you why, but B knows what he's doing as cooking is his job and he doesn't let me down.

And, wallah! Comfort at it's finest!
