Birthday review for you

As you've already gathered, I had a birthday this past weekend. I don't tend to make a huge deal out of holidays especially arbitrary ones like Valentines Day and (gasp) Thanksgiving, however, birthdays are the one day I think we should celebrate the individual who (get ready for a Hallmark moment) is being gifted with another year of life. I turned 26 on Sunday but B and I celebrated on Saturday as I worked on Sunday, which I'm not complaining about...the weekend was every bit as awesome as hoped. Here are a few peeks for you...
Fresh flowers are a must for every occasion. Luckily my friend Corie understands this and graced me with these orange beauities.

Here's my B looking kind of bored with the fact that I'm taking lots of pictures (I have to practice!)

Here I am before that lovely dinner showing off the antique key B bought me at the Farmers market earlier that morning. You can see more of this artist's work here.
B wanted to take me to lunch, but I think he cooks better than most restaraunts so I requested a special sandwich. He made ham, swiss, and spinach sandwiches on a fresh, sourdough baguette. Add a glass or two of white wine and I am one satisfied lady.
B had Keith from Paper Thin Design make custom portraits of the dogs. I couldn't have been happier. I am holding up Bella's portrait in this picture.
B treated me to a lovely dinner at one of my favorite Athen's restaurants. I wore this dress that I bought for the wedding we're attending later this month.
The back of the dress is one of my favorite parts about it.

You're never too old for a bright, fun, sprinkled birthday cake. Sprinkles are definitely on my favorite things.
