Decor: Paint by Number Wallpaper

How perfectly fun is this wallpaper spotted on Design*Sponge?  Upon first glance, I was loving the fact that the owner of this home used pineapple wallpaper in the living room, but then I realized it was paint by number wallpaper and I had to learn more!
The paint by number wallpaper series can be found at Jenny Wilkinson and includes five different patterns (£40 per roll) that can be painted or colored in however you choose.  It's a fantastic idea for those of use that want personalized wallpaper or simply have the itch to color the walls.  If you're too hesitant to paint on the walls or you're renting and can't wallpaper the space, I'd simply mount the wallpaper and frame a couple of large pieces to hang on the wall.  What do you think?  Think you'd have fun working with this wallpaper or would you rather not go there?

Hmm... On one hand, painting on the wall sounds like fun... But on the other hand, the house I bought a year and a half ago was COVERED in hideous wallpaper in every room and I had cramps in my hand for months after removing it all, so I'd be content to never see wallpaper ever again. ;-)

Wallpaper is so in again. I think we're going to see lots of new treatments like this everywhere. I could see my kids going to town on it though!

I love this! My husband will def want to kill me---but I think it's great. One wall in the bathroom wouldn't hurt right? ; )
