I'm conjuring up my inner grandma today with these lovely floral bedrooms. Nothing says "granny chic" like floral wallpaper.

images 1 and 3 were found on Your Granny Was Chic, one of my very favorite tumblr pages and also the *inspiration* for the title of this post.

Usually I'm all about modern strong colors and lines, but there has always been something so attractive about girly girly flowers!
These are all so lovely! The wallpapers are all so pretty :)
I've never heard of that tumblr, it sounds delightful though! I must check it out :)
adore the second image with the floral wall covering and the small gold frames!

wow, I feel like I've been transported to my grandma's house! : )
lovely! You've just given me some inspiration for my bedroom makeover!:)
Granny Chic! Haha! I love it! I have those kitschy, retro, still-life paintings in my kitchen that are sooo like what my grandma's decor was centered around. Funny how we go back to those motifs... Good post, girl!
That pic with the headboard that matches the wallpaper is crazy!
i love the third one!
we must be on the same wavelength, i spent an hour in the fabric store yesterday looking at granny florals thinking i should start a quilt one of these days soon. hoping you're having a great week!

granny chic?! conjuring up your inner granny!?!? YOU ARE SO FUNNY!
not sure i can wrap my self around these wallpapers, but you never know. i like grandma underwear, so this might be next. slight exaggeration on the panty thing...but only slight! :)
I LOVE Granny floral! My sister just bought the cutest floral sundress (which I plan to steal shortly).
ohhh i love granny chic =]
if i could have a bedroom like that i would LOVE IT. but my style is such a strange mash-up of bohemian and colorful and soft and girly and boyish and bold that i never know how to decorate!
i didn't get a chance to go to this earlier, but i thought the tumblr. you and ana b both have great taste in florals.
like the first most! you've got a nice blog. hope you will become a follower of my blog too.
