As you've probably noticed already, online magazines are popping up everywhere. If you're a Southerner or just a fan of southern culture, you'll be pleased to be find out about a new online mag called Southern Flourish.
I dare you to take apeek, I bet you'll recognize some bloggers you already know like this lovely lady or this talented DIY couple.
For me, I'll always prefer the feel and smell (yes, I'm a sniffer) of the printed press but you can't argue that online mags are just so stinking convenient and they reduce the clutter around my house.
Which do you prefer? Online mags or printed ones?

oooh, what a pretty magazine!
while they're much better on the wallet and the clutter factor, i'm still a big fan of the printed word.
it makes me feel kind of antiquated, but i just cant get used to reading something on a screen and enjoying it the same way that i do print material.
Looks right up my alley! On my way over to check it out now! Thanks!
i would love those fun printed patterns on my wall too! lovely e-magazine!
Thanks! It looks like a great magazine!
are those framed textiles in the second photo? they are stunning!
Love those frames in the 2nd pic! So colorful!
I've got to agree that I do like the feel and smell of a physical magazine but the ease and "green" factor of it online is super nice as well.
Hi Christina,
Thanks for posting about this online mag....I love it!! Just subscribed to it. But I will vote for a printed mag any day! I'm addicted to glossy pages!
I also really like your red and blue decor post, especially the baby blue and cherry red kitchen. So cute!

DIY is always so FUN* to see!
Will check out the link~Thanks Christina!
torn... love the "green" factor as others mentioned, but I really miss being able to rip up a magazine with my fav article or photo to post in my hope/dream binder.
I love the framed pieces and I am looking for an old dorr to make a headboard for my mother.

Oh wow - thank you for the link! This looks awesome & I'm off to see more. : )
I did a feature on Southern Flourish too! Did I leave this comment already? Sorry, I have allergy/medicine head today.
There's nothing quite like paging through a print magazine, but I do love online mags too. There's plenty of room for both. Yeah, I know printed works aren't good for the planet, but I'll never trade real books for a Kindle either. There, I said it. But 95% of the books I buy are used, and I compost, recycle, re-use, and am hoping to plant an organic garden of my own this year, and maybe even build a rain barrel. Hopefully this helps make up for my paper craving! Geez, this is a long comment. Darn medicine head foggy brain ramblings...
I am with you. I need a physical magazine. Online I will stick to blogs. I need my magazines to be printed. I want to hold them. I want to flip threw them. I want to tote them around with me- to the park, to the backyard, to a comfy easy chair... It is just not the same on my laptop!
I like each for different reasons.
