Sweet Tooth Monday

I don't really consider myself a die hard sugar lover. Generally, I prefer savory over sweet, but occasionally (like today) I'm craving sugary, yummy, homemade sweet treats. Now, I've bought A LOT of things on Etsy, but I've never purchased anything edible. When searching for items to indulge my cravings, I was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing amount of incredible creations. I'd be more than happy to receive any of these as a stocking stuffer (B, are you reading, please hunny, I really would like some macarons?)

I have not taken that dive yet but, I was spying the "City Caramels" site on etsy...good packaging and narrows down the selection with a sampler box.

hey lady,

never tried treats from etsy, but here is the link for the local chocolate maker i am working with! everything is made in house, straight from the cacoa bean, which is sustainably sourced from farmers in south america.

I found a recipe last year for making sea salt caramels. I think I'll give them a whirl this year just because of the photo you posted!

DESPERATE to get my hands on a pumpkin pie truffle, although possibly less so if there were to be a Christmas post delay thing...

Oh my! Those pumpkin pie truffles look particularly tempting. I bought whoopie pies and chocolate chip cookies from etsy seller BrokenRoadFarm, and they were absolutely amazing! Sadly, I don't think she sells the whoopie pies anymore :(
