Steel + Pastel

As the saying goes...opposites attract. Sometimes. In the case of industrial kitchens combined with sweet, girly pastels, I'm sold.

Industrial lends itself best to opposites, no? Remember wood + metal and what a happy marriage they made? What do you think? Are these kitchens too sugary-sweet for you or are they finding a nice, stylish balance?

  15. I think they're both gorgeous, especially the second one! I'm fickle about color though, so I tend to keep my color on the walls and in the artwork (where it's easy to change).

  25. I'm a huge fan of boy-colored pastels (e.g. non pink, purple) even though that's horribly mean to my gender. At least that way they're not too frouffy.
