Fanciful prints by John W. Golden

I meant to do this last night, but got waaaaay to busy- the winner of the Rustic Roses giveaway is...#130! That would be umama from umama (ooh mama)! Congrats and I'll be in touch with you soon. Don't forget to drop by Rustic Roses if you haven't already. Thank you Rustic Roses for an amazingly generous giveaway!

These vintage inspired pieces by John W. Golden strike a fanciful chord with me...
I can't tell you how many pairs of Converse I've own over the years (since I was 10 maybe?). Recently, I've forgone wearing them because my feet no longer find them comfortable, but I'll never let go of the nostalgia they bring.
Lowtops Black on Baby Blue $20

How cute would this be for a kid's room? Or your office?
No Monsters Allowed Print $60

Wouldn't we all like to put this up on our respective offices, schools, houses, port-a-potties? Seriously people, it's such an easy thing to do.
Wipe the Seat Print $20

My love for all things hedgehog continues.
The Hirsute Hedgehog Print $20

I know that hedgehog looks like he's scheming something, but I just think I might have to have him...
{have you entered the D&OC giveaway on The Cottage Cheese for your chance to win hairpins and earrings? Just checking}

  1. I must probably be the only person in this planet that never had a pair of Converse! I like them though, just never happened ;O)

(Thanks a LOT for your Birthday wishes Chris!):O)

  2. Congratulations to the winner!! YAY!! Happy Wednesday :)

ohhh I think I will have to buy the 'no monsters allowed' print. Right now, Little Man loves Monsters, {because of the movie} but I am sure, either at some point he will not like them..or Jelly Belly won't like them. Either way, I need the print...maybe even for myself, because it's just that fabulous :)

...but, not as fabulous as Christina. hehe.

I wish you a very fabulous Wednesday, you are so lovely.

  6. My first John W. Golden print (of many, I hope) will be here any day now. I was going to get the set of rockets for H's bedroom, but he intervened and we're now expecting a red robot. I've been thinking about those low tops for days now. I may just have to add them to the collection for his room. And the Brush Your Teeth print will eventually wind up in H's bathroom (B's a dentist...so it's very appropriate at our house).

  7. a couple of these would be great in my sons room! Love them! It's so hard to find fun artwork for boys' rooms that is unexpected and fun!

  8. I've actually been sketching my Converse for the past year or so. They make great subjects - the print here is fantastic. I have a thing for Converse too and quite the collection. There's nothing like them.

  12. how darling...I love these! I still wear converse all of the time. So funny that they are still a constant in my life literally for well over a decade! (not sure if this is a good thing lol)
