I'd like to begin this post by giving a huge "thank you" to The Cottage Cheese (um, how awesome is this name for a blog?) for being my very first customer last week and then writing this amazing write up on my work. You can see an example of some packaging I did there. I also had a hey day buying materials for packaging at Hobby Lobby yesterday and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm perhaps a little too excited about the look of the packages? Ah, oh well, profit is overrated.

It's that time again, lovely readers, where I display my recently found plate walls for you to roll your eyes over and feign excitement.

Gotta love plate walls! I want to do this in my apartment, but I'm so afraid they're going to fall down!
I love the look of plates on the wall, instant personality!
I thought the write up over at The Cottage Cheese was lovely (and yes, that is an awesome name for a blog!). And your plate wall posts always make me smile...
i don't know if i could start another collection on my wall...but i love.love the idea.
xo
Very cool plates! I too started the It's a Green Christmas collection yesterday. Gotta start sometime. Congrats on your first Etsy sale! Waiting on mine... showcase day Monday, yeah! You're packaging is beautiful :)
I have bookoos of plates (is that a word)? Boxes. I need to figure out how to display them well and these are good ideas. My problem is that they're all blue and white - and I'm not really decorating with those colors. If you come across any great blue and white displays, let me know!
Thank you so much for linking to my blog (and so many times!). Have I told you lately what a doll you are?
Love the kitchen with the melmac tray plate wall! And how clever that the letters say "ate" instead of "eat". I wonder if they change the letters around before and after meal time.
I seriously LOVE plate walls. The green ones above are delightful!
Oh, love the oversize outdoors ones!
Love it! Ah, to have interesting plates to hang on a plate wall . . . I think I hear Marshall's calling . . .
I love plate walls too (so I love these posts). My favorite is the preppy saccharine sweet one. Love the colors.
Love the retro 'stylee' ones and the muted colours in the last photo - great idea!
I love those golden plates and sofa!
p.s.: I'm giving away a gold leaf pendant. don't miss it!
Ok, so while I was gone did you open your shop?? I'm off to explore your posts that I missed!
I do love these plate walls - especially the ones in that 2nd kitchen...
Congrats on the great write-up! I'm off to check it out myself and who doesnt love a plate wall!
The first photo is fantastic! I love the gold! A plate wall...what a great idea! I never really thought about it before! =)
Love the saccharine sweet wall!
Lovely!! i loved the 1st and the 2nd pictures! they are amazing
oh I LOVE the 2nd to last photo! so pretty and sweet! there's something so much fun about hanging up unusual things on your walls....my mom's kitchen is chock FULL of old kitchen utensils on the wall...I occasionally take one down to use it!
Lovely...sometimes a wall needs a punch of graphic circles, & plates just do the trick!
Lovely day, beautiful!

I never grow tired of looking at plate walls (art). It's a great way to make a bold and beautiful statement on a budget.
"The Cottage Cheese" is the sweetest! I just love her!!!
Happy Thursday, Christina!
I love plate walls, they're so much fun!
love the plate wall with the word ATE..lol...so cute!
You now have me properly conditioned to love plates on walls... the kitchen one with the 'Ate' is my fave too. How cute is that? I have a strange attraction to plates with little dividers inside.
...I can never get enough!
I've loved plates on a wall for the longest time ... but keep thinking that by the time I get around to doing it - it's going to be soooo over. Guess I need to get off my duff and just do it...
(I had to laugh at the quote about profit being overrated!! love it!)
The look so stylish!! Congrats on your etsy shop!
I love plates on the walls! Thanks for the shout out! LOVING your etsy shop!!!!!
I love plates on a wall. I actually have several in different places, but no "plate wall" persay. Maybe I should look into that! Great ideas on this blog!
Gorgeous! My mum's kitchen had a fantastic blue and white plate wall. I always loved it.
