Apron

Our new house does not come equiped with a dishwasher so I think I have the perfect excuse to get a fun apron. I just ordered this one from Anthropologie b/c it's half off and it's just what I was looking for. It offers full coverage so if I throw a dinner party, I can wear nice clothing, and it's going to look great hanging on the wall! Yay for sales!
Farm Fresh Apron $19.95 (from $38)

I hope everyone has a lovely, restful Sunday. It's beautiful in Athens today at 76 degrees (this time last week we had 7 inches of snow!)

Cute apron. We don't have a dishwasher either: make sure you have a pair of gloves! [I never wear them and end up with prune hands.]

Our place doesn't have a dishwasher, but I just use it as an excuse to not cook.

Hi Christina,
Nice apron, I hope you enjoy wearing it. We don't have a dishwasher either, other than us girls. I usually have my aprons on all day for housework and the like. We prefer a full length Edwardian apron and what are sometimes called prairie pinafore aprons. Both styles would be considered "old fashioned" or at least vintage styles. We like them for the full coverage of our dresses.

Oh! Christina,
Of course I am serious, what with cooking, housework , gardening, laundry , feeding the pets/chickens, cleaning their cages etc. You say don't wear an apron all day!!!!! I wish!!! Also I do volunteer cleaning at a hospice, so I wear an apron to work as well. That's why we wear an apron sooo much ,without one our dresses would be ruined in an instant.. But we do have fun as well, even with an apron on. Ha Ha...

Blessings,
Grace.
