I would say that I took the day off yesterday to hunt Easter eggs and do other holiday related things but that would be a lie and have I ever lied to you? NO. At least not that I can remember. This weekend I made a ton of necklaces for the craft fair and I updated my shop with some new items (and yes, those are mini guns and I think they're terribly cute).
You can find all of these items and more in the shop. Remember, readers of D&OC get 10% off by simply putting the word "reader" in the 'notes to seller' during checkout. This discount will be good through May 1st when the shop closes for the fair. *If you don't leave me a note, I won't know you're a reader.*
So tell me, what did you do this weekend? Please tell me it was more interesting than mine!
Don't want to be negative but have to express some surprise and disappointment at the gun earrings. Totally within your rights to do it, just wish for something more peaceful to be featured. That said, I hope that you have an amazing week! Peace!
ReplyDeleteYou were an industrious girl! I love the hair pins! And those gun earrings just tickle me!
ReplyDeleteI had tons of family and friends- easter egg hunt, church and plenty of eating this weekend!
I'm so happy to find you!
Yvonne
hi karen- you definitely make a good point about something "peaceful" being featured but let me be clear that the gun earrings are supposed to be ironic and fun, not to be taken seriously and in no way to express my personal view on weapons. thanks for your honesty as it's important for me to receive feedback and i appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteAwww, so cute! Love the "locket" earrings and the hairpins!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Great shop.
ReplyDeleteLove the new items! We worked a lot this weekend too - but it was fun stuff like gardening and pressure washing. On Saturday my hubby smoked ribs and I made a bunch of side dishes. On Sunday we took a picnic down by the river and a long walk downtown. We ate like kigs this weekend - good thing we worked a lot of those calories off!
ReplyDeleteI worked too :) So you weren't alone! This was time well- spent - all charming, and I'm especially a fan of the dangles (the plain cameos especially).
ReplyDeleteoooooooooooh cute girly-girly stuff!!!! Love it!
ReplyDeletegreetings
Lynda
