It's a State affair

Guess what? You can love your state and not look like you've been shopping at local truck stop, plus those state "welcome centers" are way overpriced.

I'd suggest that state paraphernalia be used and worn in restraint and perhaps in the more ironic sense, lest you want to look like a wide eyed tourist, then by all means.
For the record:
I ♥ Georgia

  1. I wonder if there's anything that just says I love the northern part of Michigan. Not so fond of the rest :)

  3. How fun is this? What a surprise to find something "state" related but not touristy. No black socks and sandals required, right?

  5. Love these! I have a state necklace - Wisconsin - and it's amazing how many people can't recognize that a) it's a state and b) what state it is. :)

  9. Cute.

I don't think I could even pick Georgia out of a lineup (unless Florida was attached for reference.)

  14. I got a Texas state necklace at UO for a friend for Christmas this year . . . so cute. I think I've become way more nostalgic for and attached to Georgia since I moved all the way across the country. :)
