Under $15: Trendy Necklaces

Happy Monday, or unhappy Monday, depending on your perspective. I thought we'd start out this week with a super affordable under $15 post. Currently, I'm loving the embellished, layered, bling blinging necklace that are popping up everywhere. I definitely prefer handmade, but until I know exactly what I want, I think I'll try some pieces out at Forever 21. These are a super easy way to spice up t-shirts and bleh outfits and if one of your drunk friends accidentally falls on you and rips off your necklace (I swear this has never happened to me) you've only wasted $15.
