Sometimes a bold move is all you need to change things up, to take a space in a new direction.
Could you do it?

  2. hmm love the sentiment of bold, would have to be a slightly more magenta/purple pink to match the other shades in my home! I'm very tempted to go bold with a busy wallpaper pattern, maybe I could paint the furniture a bright colour to match!

it may not be entirely cost efficient, but it seems like a pretty darn cool idea to me.

  8. I lived in New Orleans for three years, and you routinely see pink, turquoise, or bright yellow houses down there. I love, love, love homes in unusual colors; I would totally do it!

  9. I love when my home stands out from the masses. Luckily most houses is very old and boring where I live so it is very easy. Inside I just love to shake up the rooms with bright colors on single walls and in accesories.

  28. I love the text in this post and wholly agree with the sentiments. It's all about confidence and integrity. You want a pink house. It's nobody else's business - unless you live in Scandinavia or somewhere which regulates the colour of houses. That would be so sad.
