Could you do it?

i live in a pink home!!! and i love it! :)
ReplyDeletehmm love the sentiment of bold, would have to be a slightly more magenta/purple pink to match the other shades in my home! I'm very tempted to go bold with a busy wallpaper pattern, maybe I could paint the furniture a bright colour to match!
ReplyDeletei have a spiral staircase at my house and it makes me sooooooo happy... now... should i paint it hot pink?!?!
ReplyDeleteHell yeah! I would totally live in a pink house - but only if it had a spiral staircase I could paint pink!
ReplyDeletewow... so impressive!! I just love the pink... staircase!!! It truly looks impressive !
ReplyDeleteI love bold colors! i'm a big fan of it.
ReplyDeletei love the teal window on the pink house. there's no way that the owners are boring people. nope.

it may not be entirely cost efficient, but it seems like a pretty darn cool idea to me.
I lived in New Orleans for three years, and you routinely see pink, turquoise, or bright yellow houses down there. I love, love, love homes in unusual colors; I would totally do it!
ReplyDeletePink house any day. Blue, too.
ReplyDeleteI love when my home stands out from the masses. Luckily most houses is very old and boring where I live so it is very easy. Inside I just love to shake up the rooms with bright colors on single walls and in accesories.
ReplyDeleteThat spiral staircase is so cool! I love how the pink makes it stand out EVEN more.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that bold pink. Although I'm not so sure the hubs would dig it too much... :)
ReplyDeleteBold colors are fantastic! You see colorful homes all around historic neighbourhoods around here and it is so happy - pink, yellow, green, blue, orange, salmon, you name it!
ReplyDeletethe pinks are so gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeousss...I want to paint my deck pink now!
ReplyDeleteYou'd have to be sooo brave to have those pink stairs! Wow.
ReplyDeletei would sooooooo do it.
ReplyDeleteMy parents live in a salmon pink house so this isn't too daring in my mind - guess I'm used to it! Although, that staircase is def. bold
ReplyDeleteI don't know about a pink house but that pink sofa is killing me! Especially with the b&w pillows. I want it!
ReplyDeleteOh, love the pink staircase! Such a cool focal point for a space. Would definitley do it:)
ReplyDeleteI love the color pink. I wouldn't mind if I lived in a pink house. I love the stairs!
ReplyDeleteI wish I were brave enough - I think I would love it, xv.

ReplyDeletewoot! when i lived in france, a friend and i painted a stucco wall the same color pink as in that last shot. so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm all about a bold touch here and there. Love this post! And that staircase...amazing.
ReplyDeleteI love bold colors. I don't know if pink would be my first choice though--bright yellow?? With a mini cooper to match?
ReplyDeleteI love bold colors as well!!!!
ReplyDeletePink, blue, purple...shit, stipes, polka dots. I would love it!
ReplyDeletelove it all....too bad i don't have a staircase in the middle of my living room..lol
ReplyDeleteI love the text in this post and wholly agree with the sentiments. It's all about confidence and integrity. You want a pink house. It's nobody else's business - unless you live in Scandinavia or somewhere which regulates the colour of houses. That would be so sad.

I don't think I would be brave enough to have a pink painted home and my husband would definitely not approve. I would however love to have that pink staircase!
ReplyDeleteI could live in a pink house, but only in certain cities or neighborhoods (think island, coastal, or almost anywhere in Florida).
ReplyDeleteah! scott and i are looking at homes and the first thing we said was "LET'S PAINT IT PINK!!"
ReplyDeleteUm, I could do THAT pink house, but only in the right city. I could NOT do the staircase...well, if I inherited it, I could learn to love it. Not sure the husband could.
ReplyDeleteI love the bold colors! the pink stairs are hot...
ReplyDeleteSame. Not sure my boyfriend would agree, though :)
ReplyDeleteOMG, I live in house exactly the same color of pink for 10 years, while living in Germany. It didn't bother me at all; I even liked it.
