Wishlist 8.2.12

1// mid-century nightstand $249 2// dip-dye pillows $34
Both of the items on my wish list today are items we lost in our recent fire - a nightstand and toss pillows. B and I both really like the nightstand but I'm having a hard time narrowing down toss pillows for our little couch. These dip-dyed options are definitely a strong contender but I also really like this option and this option. My goal is to buy some toss pillows this year. Surely it can't be that hard to make a decision?!

Funny that you say you're having a difficult time picking toss pillows, because I did too! I obsessed over finding the right toss pillows for our bedroom. I'm sure I looked at 10,000 pillows before finding a pair that fit the room (and most importantly the budget).

I do really like those dip-dye pillows, and the nightstand is gorgeous!

Those pillows are SO pretty. And $34 isn't too bad, in the scheme of things. That is, if you don't plan on spilling red wine on them . . . which is something I seem to do on the regular.

The nightstand is beautiful. I love the beveled front - and what the website says about "minimal assembly" (I suspect we're all marked for life by IKEA furniture). I understand your toss pillow issue; these are all lovely. I liked the S. Shibuya one quite a lot. Good thing about toss pillows is that we can alternate between the ones we've bought. I do this all the time; it's great for an instant mini-makeover!

Ike JUST did a wedding cake that has this kinda "ombre" look to it.

That's what the bride kept calling it anyway.

Miss you love you
